Pricing Policy
All product pricing is subject to several factors, including but not limited to product type, material quality, quantity, size, design complexity, printing colors, finishing requirements, and customization variations.
To receive an accurate quotation, customers are advised to provide complete and precise product specifications at the time of inquiry. Any changes in specifications after quotation may result in price revisions.
Important: Quotations provided are based strictly on the specifications shared by the customer.
Order Confirmation Policy

All orders will be processed only after final approval from the customer on the following:

Delivery requirements
Once confirmed, production will begin based on the approved details.
Any modifications after final approval may lead to additional charges, revised delivery timelines, or production limitations.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
As all our products are customized and made specifically based on customer requirements, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
Exceptions apply only under the following conditions:

Production errors caused by MATT

Printing mistakes not matching the customer-approved design

Material or specification mismatch caused by our team
In such cases, we will review the issue and provide replacement or correction where applicable.
Design Support Policy
We offer design support services for customers who require assistance in preparing artwork, branding layouts, or print-ready designs.
Design services may include:

Basic creative adjustments
Additional design charges may apply depending on complexity.
Final design approval from the customer is mandatory before production.
Quality Policy
We offer products in multiple quality grades to suit different budgets and business requirements.
Our team will always recommend the most suitable and best-quality option based on product usage, branding standards, and durability requirements.
If a customer specifically requests lower-grade materials (such as lower GSM paper or lighter-quality materials), we can arrange it based on availability. However:

Lower-grade materials may affect durability, appearance, and performance

MATT will not be responsible for quality concerns arising from customer-approved lower-quality selections
We strongly encourage customers to choose quality over short-term cost savings for better brand representation.
